January 2021 - Home sales in November broke above the 500,000 sales benchmark for the first time since January 2009. Home prices fell 1.7% from October. Given it’s traditionally the lowest period for home sales, these results are remarkable. Yet, importantly, price and sales are well up from last November of 2019.
